DdPCR T790M assay?

Hi,

I have been trying to validate ddPCR assay and I am using Bio-Rad off the shelf assay.Did anyone ever used them and have very poor yield in mutant molecular count? I have been looking for troubleshoot suggestion.Did anyone try any PCR condition modification or any tricks. Thanks
