Day care quality: Did anyone work with the MELQO - Measuring Early Learning Quality and Outcomes?

We heard that the official version of the MELQO is not yet ready to use. But we wondered whether maybe someone has a research version of it or some other experiences to share. We would like to apply it in a study in Tanzania.
