Please tell me the database other than zinc, from where i can download the natural products subset of database in sdf format. Moreover, if any one has the conformational database for FDA approved drugs and natural products, please let me know, if you can provide. thank you in anticipation. I need to use this database in pharmacophore based virtual screening.
There are several small molecule libraries available for Virtual screening. Ex. Specs, Chemdiv, Chemspider, Vitas M database. Also you can download the FDA approved drugs via this link: https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-approvals-and-databases/drugsfda-data-files
You can use pharmit server for pharmocophore virtual screening server, for natural product database , I know zinc have this part but NAPS and many natural database is in compound search but you should joined this database to pharmit server to search new compounds. For SDF file , you used OpenBable is free or Discovery Client studiI. Binding Drug Bank another database for some approved drugs.
Neda Fayyazi Thank you very much for your response. I am basically using MOE for pharmacophore screening. So i am not facing any issue with Screening program. The real problem i am facing is that, " i need screening library of natural compounds". I trying to download from zinc15:
http://zinc15.docking.org/substances/subsets/natural-products/
But there is an issue with downloading the complete file, i tried many times, at different internet services, but it does not seems to be the issue of internet. It might be the problem with their server. So i was asking, if any one can get me this dataset (the dataset in above mention link) or if anyone can advise me with any alternative? Thank you in anticipation!
