Do you think the majority of developing, underdeveloped, and even the developed countries lack in capturing the finer elements of behavioral data generated at various interactive and reactive outsets, especially at socio-economic and politico cause and effect factors? hence the formulation of policies and institutionalization thereof based regulations are incompetent/insufficient to address the socio-economic issues at microscopic inclusivity. This perhaps is the reason for all unrest (identified/unidentified) caused due to imbalanced projections of intrinsic finer facts. As a result, the global economy operates under potential.
I think that is correct, as most developing countries have limited capabilities in following up important data that help in drawing the country's economic, social, health and even political strategies, because it often depends on diligence in making decisions and chaos at work without fixed rules.
At least with regard to my country, Iraq, I think so strongly, because there are no governmental or non-governmental institutions or associations that undertake this task, in addition to the waste of health and scientific capabilities due to the remnants of the post-2003 war.
