Is anyone aware of data that is available where Faraday rotation and total electron content (FR) are measured independently (possibly by conjunctions of different satellites and/or constellations)? For example, I would be interested in lookingat TEC integrated from radar profiels of the electron content and FR measured by a satellite at the same time and location of the radar:

The ATS-6 geostationary satellite (1974-1979) carried a beacon experiment that permitted TEC to be measured along the same path using both Faraday rotation and phase modulation. Google "ATS-6 Davies" (for Ken Davies) to find a number of papers on this topic.
Thank you for your reply James Secan. I did a quick search and found the following dataset for oblique TEC, but do not see FR or phase information.
