Cytokine networks and pathways are vast. And it depends, are you talking about signaling of each cytokine or the downstream effects? And depending on the cytokine there maybe multiple receptors, and/or divert signaling events from a single receptor. And then there is the cell type...

And on top of this, you are asking about response to microorganisms... Again... another very vast topic. And now you are not just talking about cytokine networks/pathways, you are talking about pathogen recongition and networks/pathways of PRRs.

There is no way for you to digest any of this information. My suggestion is to focus. Be specific.

1/ Cytokines networks and pathways are vast, response to microorganisms are also very vast topic.

2/ It's better to focus about what's exactly am i interesting about.

I defently agree with you , may be i couldn't well expressed my request!

So , i want to make a general recape which includes :

The cytokines that are implicated in each type of adaptative immune response modulated by the different subsets of T helper cells (TH ) , and to specify the type of invanding mircorganisme in each case; for example :

The dendritic cell stimulates the diffenrication of TCD4+ cell Th0 to the Th2 by secreting : IL4 , then , the Th2 stimulates:

* B cells to produce IgE by secreting IL4,13.

* Eosinophils by secreting IL5.

This is happens to respond againt Helminth infection .

Actually, i know that there were some studies summerising these parameters ( cytokines, effectors cells , pathogens) but , i'm looking for new details, new pathways or new subset of T helper cells.

And this is just to enhance my knowledge ,update my informations , i don't need it for any work, that's why I can't precise.

That will be difficult. The only thing I can suggest is find an updated immunology text book. That might be what you need.

On the other hand...Depending on when you last read up on this, the Th cell subsets have grown considerably. And add to that you now have B cell, macrophage, dendritic cell, innate lymphocyte, etc subsets... AND most infections stimulate multiple pathways, usually one protective, one pathogenic, or a combination thereof there is no comprehensive review. (except a text book)

But... to help you get started... I would say just search on PubMed. You should be able to find a lot of free publications.
