Cybersecurity Awareness Models in the area of human trafficking and money laundering will be useful for 3rd world country needs.
In my opinion, models based on the "Open" philosophy should be used, such as the "Copyleft" proposals, that is, to be based 100% on freely downloadable and free publications, and based on these knowledge bases, plan awareness programs, to avoid having to pay "canon" to paid publications. Today there are millions of publications of excellent educational quality
For me, most of people or organizations are victims of cyber-abuse because of lack of "Self-awareness to online interactions".
