In addition, for best performance you can select Ceramic tool inserts like WG-300 by Greenleaf, CC670 by Sandvik.

PVD coated hard metal insert is the best option, because stainless steel need tools with sharp edges to be machining, and PVD coatings produce the lower thickness. In this case the edge corner radius is the lower.
