Dear RG community, I am presently working on a literature review and I am looking for cultural heritage knowledge management conceptual frameworks, standards and models.
I'm interested in any contribution that defines/describes the nature/scope/levels of competences /skills /knowledge/etc.
I am also looking for standard designed questionnaire on cultural heritage knowledge management studies.
