Learners with low Self-Regulated Learning ability, their learning progress and effectiveness will behind those with strong Self-Regulated Learning ability, no matter in OLE or F2F. So in the forum module, oral module or group activities, how to motivate learners with low abilities to actively express themselves and actively participate in interaction? cause a lot of times, such activities will be hosted by several learners with strong abilities, and those learners with low abilities are more reluctant to speak or don't know what to say.
