My research direction is NH3-SCR and I want to using Cu-ZSM-5 this type catalytic to begin my research. However, the catalytic synthesis details in papers are too simple to help me. And now I have trouble with writing a plan to synthesis Cu-ZSM-5.

Here are some questions

1. How much time when i need to synthesis the Cu-ZSM-5 ?

In some papers, authors write that the mixture of Cu(NO3)2 and H-ZSM-5 were stiring for 24h in room temperature. so i want to ask have they conducted multiple ion exchanges,Is 24 hours a cumulative time for multiple exchanges?

2. The concentration of Cu(CH3COO)2

At the beginning, I want to use the 0.1mol/L Cu2+ to do the exchange, but someone tell the concentration is too high, and now i change the concentration to the 0.01mol/L, and this concentration is suitable to the ion exchange?

3. The temperature and the exchange times of the ion exchange

I have never done the ion exchange, after read some papers I plant to use the Cu(CH3COO) and H-ZSM-5 to synthesis the Cu-ZSM-5, the mixture is mixed for 12hours and do the twice times under the same condition.
