It is recommended to air dry collagen-coated culture ware and then storing it at 4°C in a sealed container that will help protect it from moisture. Under these conditions, the coated culture ware should remain stable for at least two weeks.

did you wash the culture ware with PBS after coating?

If yes try to exchange the PBS in the washing step with sterile water for cell culture use.
