Dear all,

I'm working on a project with panel data.

in order to have more meaningful analysis, it is important to choose a model which takes into account cross-sectional dependency and Heterogeneity.

I want to obtain coefficients and significance for each variable in each cross-section that is not possible in standard fixed and random effect models.

I have two questions:

i) which model would you recommend to achieve my goal?

in my studies, I found some researches that utilized the Kónya's bootstrap panel causality approach (2006)1 .

ii) second question is : can I use the Konya's approach for regression (not causality)?
