Hi All,

I have around 300 random signals and am determining the correlation coefficient of these signals to get a 300*300 correlation matrix consisting of all the possible correlations.

I am then taking the average of all the entries above the diagonal values to get an average correlation coefficient. This value converges towards 0 which is obviously because of the random nature of signals.

If I observe the signals in frequency domain, I observe an increase (noise floor) corresponding to 20log(N) by adding these signals together, where N is the number of random signals being added together.

What possible conclusions can I draw from these two observations?

Many Thanks

Anum
