Yes, Sir. CERN is criminal for three reasons:
1) CERN has no renewed safety report (LSAG) for 10 years
2) It covers up of this fact before the public eye by keeping the report undated
3) It does so in the face of a totally altered planetary safety demonstrated in the literature in the wake of Zwicky 1929, reloaded
This CERN CRIME (CC) could still be a minor crime in principle. But the independent re-discovery of Zwicky 1929, by both the Tübingen and the Ankara school for a decade, implies that CERN’s cover-up jeopardizes every child’s life. No CERN member is allowed to contradict this statement for a decade. Imagine this historically unique fact!
