I think sun rays and ultraviolet is the most important to control it on outside surfaces.
Dr Shuja, in my opinion this is the only hope we've got. and pray that it works this way. Although the rapid surge in COVID-19 cases in Gulf region is against this notion, but to some extent It should stop the spread intensity.

The lack of airplane contrails, may mean more UV light hitting the earth. But at the same time, means more heat also? WORLDWIDE--Very hot summer?...Because the lack of airplanes flying, means that the high altitude cloud seeding the 37 million flights do every minute of every day, has been lost--so that means those contrail clouds will not be there to reflect the sun's heat back into space? I thought temperature would have an effect, but it doesn't seem to after all.
Hard to figure out since there are many other factors involved. For example, the spread in the USA during this hot summer is puzzling, but we know it is due to simple mistakes such as people gathering without masks.
Unfortunately the answer to the question about warm places and COVID-19 spread speed is negative.

It seems that the most effective measure is just a policy of border isolation.
No significant relation has been observed so far between rise of Corona cases and temperature. WHO thinks so.
