I have a cyclic voltammetric of PtC. I want to obtain the processes of adsorption of hydrogen and then compare it with other materials. I read this is possible with the Tafel slope. But I don't know if I can obtain the value of the Tafel slope in the region marked (Figure).

I was reading the Tafel slope is obtained in potential when the coverage is complete or coverage is empty (θ=1 or θ=0). Furthermore, I think in the marked region its only Volmer step. Can you tell me if it's correct?
