My question is about Framework development for artifact. The artifact can range from framework that can be implemented as organizational structure or a guide to develop a software. Just to repeat my concern, I read article such as to develop Information system management framework, information system strategy development framework, project implementation monitoring framework and the like.
Such papers did not have clear methodology description how they develop the framework . I browse on Internet, I could not find one that answers my questions
"theoretical framework development" brings a lot of hits on Google Scholar to check out
my challenge is not on theoretical framework but there other frameworks that are developed as guide for practice or technological artifact development. For example I read a per on Decision Making framework, Knowledge management system framework or e-learning framework. But they did not have clear methodology they follow to develop the framework.
