I am about to get down to BOX-PCR and I would be really glad, if someone could help me finding articles dedicated to the usage of that metod. It would be also a great deal of help for me, if you could tell me about your personal experience with that method, i.e. I'd like to know whether that method is suitable for any kind of microorganisms or maybe there is a group specially prone to tests carried out with that metod?
