For my thesis project, based on the work of Reeves and Nass reported in the book "The Media Equation", I would need a scale that goes to measure group intelligence or the predisposition to work in a group. Unfortunately I found very little, I would like to have your advice. Thank you very much in advance.
Depends on whether the question is directly about the intelligence or predisposition. Perhaps reviewing the IRI questionnaire (5-Likert Prompt questions) will help you make a decision.
Depending on the subject you explore.
1) I would suggest you define certain criteria that predict the predisposition you willing to measure. And one of those criteria may be the group intelligence (e.g. Social-Intelligence Test by O'Sullivan, Guilford), or certain criteria among the group intelligence if you will.
2) In order to investigate the predisposition for each factor, you can use a two-way ANOVA (are also called factorial ANOVA). For example, a 2-way ANOVA can examine differences in IQ scores (the dependent variable) by Country (independent variable 1) and Gender (independent variable 2). Two-way ANOVA can be used to examine the interaction between the two independent variables. Interactions indicate that differences are not uniform across all categories of the independent variables. For example, females may have higher IQ scores overall compared to males, but this difference could be greater (or less) in European countries compared to North American countries.

I see the measure of “intelligence” is more general than the measure of “predisposition”. If there is a position to be appointed, qualifications and experience may be sufficient for decision making (as it usually does). If you are looking for someone to contribute the work, you can measure creativity among other 'intelligence' skills the applicant may possess (in addition to qualifications and experience)
