I heard Steers, R.M. and Porter, L.W. (1979) had organization climate model either with 4 dimensions i.e. organization structure, administrative policy, external environment and technology in assembly line.
But I couldn't find in many research papers. One reference says it was in "Motivation and work behavior" book 1979.
If you know it well, could you please confirm it. May I hear some suggestion not only to the book but also the model. Thanks all of you
