in extraction of hesperidin from orange peels  methanol was used  and then acetic acid on concentrated methanol extract but on trying to dissolve the powder after evaporation of acetic acid  in 10% DMSO it looks completely soluble and after few minutes it get precipitated and I need to crystallize it to be able to dissolve it in suitable solvent and study its biological effects
