Unfortunately, I use the laptop, and usually, when using the laptop it is possible to attach pictures or another file with the questions, but I did not know that attaching is more difficult using the mobile phone.

Today, I have discovered that RG solves the problem using the "Drag and Drop" facility. Kindly, please see the attached snapshot.

But, I am so sorry to inform you that this facility is just available only for the messages between us as RG colleagues. I hope that they will program it soon for the other current activities. I hope that it just a matter of time!

I tried several probabilities then I learned new things on the RG software on moNile. Thanks for all for their great support .

It is easy to add pictures using mobile . I learned the procedure by trial and error technique. Thanks again for all for very great support .

Click on the icon for "Add files" and choose where you want to attach the picture from

The best is to download the picture and once you download you can save it and click on add files and upload it to RG.

Para adjuntar una imagen archivo etc en una respuesta, pregunta, comentario RS el procedimiento es el mismo.

Dar clik en respuesta, pregunta o comentario

Dar clik en añadir archivo

Buscar donde tiene el adjunto ya sea imagen, documento tabla etc

Dar clik en el adjunto

Después el adjunto sube

Pero no se activa hasta q no escribas algún titulo o comentario dentro del cuadro.

Por último das clik en subir y ya automáticamente se visualiza la respuesta con el adjunto.

I think if there is a simple brochure from RG about all options in RG platform , this will help strongly .

It can be also online help for all options used in RG platform like any known software.

To attach an image file etc in an answer, question, comment RS the procedure is the same. Click on answer, question or comment

Click on add file Find where you have the attachment, be it image, table document, etc.

Click on the attachment Then the attachment goes up But it is not activated until you write a title or comment inside the box.

Finally, you click on upload and the answer is automatically displayed with the attachment.
