Economic corruption occurs to a different scale and character in many countries. The scale of economic corruption is correlated with the issue of economic and political instability, the level of imperfection of socio-economic systems, the level of imperfection of political systems, for which pro-social, pro-civic and pro-democratic goals are not really treated as priority ones.
