Rebuttal: we factor fatal virulence that is dead as fuction of Covid 19 in any community or society. Covid 19 is more scared in European coutries than in Africa due to higher (Virulence) case fatality rate noted there cmpare to Africa content which is virulence.

Rebuttal: (quantitative and qualitative data),structured Questionnaire in survey and KII and content observation in interviews.

Rebuttal: mixed data collection is best since provide a complementary information on the study.

Rebuttal I gnore recommendation can not be specific objective sice is part of the content after conclusion.
