Dear colleagues,
I meet with difficulties with Ec and pH definition in solution of liquid organic fertilizer. Could you help me with following problems:
1. The value of pH is changed after the stabilization of device readout. Question: what value is correct, just after the stabilization, or final result?
2. The value of Ec just after the solution collection and in two-three hours is differ. Question: what value I must use, the first value, or second?

The response time of pH probe is usually withing one minute. If the time scale of pH changes is longer, then he most likely that some reactions take place in your solution resulting in pH changes. In this case the solution pH is not constant.
These are fcats , very often encountered while measuring the soil pH and EC in soil-water suspension . The response time for measuring the stabilised pH will depend upon ionic composition of the soil, resultantly soil EC keeps on changing , which is not the case with soil pH...After some time , in your case 2-3 hours , Ec changes ,since the soluble salts are now solubilised ..
