I have been researching functional ink with stretchability and semiconductivity using DPP-DTT and SEBS polymers for introducing inkjet- and screen-printing systems. However, aggregation and phase separation issues occur over time when I mixed the polymers with chlorobenzene as a common solvent in OSC polymer. I would like to know how to formulate this functional ink and what to study to obtain well-dispersed ink without the as-metioned problems. Please give me some advice.
