Generally, the answer is yes. But not always. It can depend on the thickness of interfacial layers. It can also depend on how your measurement is. If it is in plane measurement, capacitance effect almost neglagble. But capacitance effcet will be strong when your measurement is out of plane due to more interphase contribution. You should also think about tunneling effect.
