Is the search for a culprit of the COVID-19 pandemic, assuming that it is an investigation with a reliably achievable result, a viable goal or would it be better to avoid it? Could it lead to disagreements between Countries?
Too late to get to the bottom of this mystery of who started it. They can be many investigations, but we will never find out, too many conflicting opinions.
