Could someone please help me with the peroxyl radical scavenging assay?

I am running the Peroxyl radical scavenging assay using PGR and AAPH and I am obtaining inconsistent results for the same samples incubated under the same conditions. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

To measure peroxyl radicals you can perform Catalase and GSH assay.
