I mean Geoheritage that everybody can learn anything there. I heard some geoheritage in Indonesia about karst in wonosari and historical place in sangiran. People come to karst areas where that place has a museum who will get some information.
Here in Nova Scotia (Canada) we recognize two types of Geoheritage: i) physical geoheritage (the classic geological sites, which are mainly a natural science feature); but also ii) cultural geoheritage sites (monuments, memorials, sacred sites, ancient mining sites) and these are both social and natural science-related in my opinion. Hope this helps!
Thank for answer. There are a lot of geoheritage in Indonesia and two of them had inaugurated as Geopark by UNESCO. The things that the shareholders haven't worked together to promote main sites about the geological heritage as social science.
In your word about social science is government and academician, citizens work together to promote geoheritage. So citizens need change their perception about geoheritage. Maybe you can hire artis to promote geoheritage is not only for scientist or academician.
