Immiscible fluids is separated to each other because of interfacial tension force. If interfacial tension force between liquids is lower, easily mixed at interface and form emulsion, else we see a sharp interface between them. Generally in research work we find the interface tension force between air and liquid, but interface tension of liquid with liquid is difficult to find. Could anyone help me find out the interface tension force value between kerosene-oil system and other type of immiscible liquid system, also provide the references.
