Workaholicism may result from an underestimated self-esteem. It seems that when we realize that it is we who we impart through the skill and personality of the value of work, we can get out of it. It is not our work that values us, but the value of our work depends on us. The Syrian chapel is not a testament to the value of Michelangelo, but Michelangelo has given it its value with its skills and personality. An employee is treated as a thing, more than once. And yet we do not pay him for being an employee, we do not judge him as some do, but we pay for his hire his skills, somehow for the service, although there are different types of employment contracts. So the employee has value as a man and pay him for the service. It seems to be dead with economic personalization. But I have a problem with the genesis of human dignity, because I disagree with the fact that it is from God, but I do not know where it could come from. Maybe because of consciousness and individuality, being an individual? Personalism is based on the notion of God-given dignity and thus accuses inhuman treatment of workers and excessive alienation of product from the employee. After all, an artist is a craftsman who creates and personalizes the value of the product.
