Could anyone recommend anti-mouse-Arginase and anti-mouse NOS2 antibodies for flow?

I'd like to run flow to test expression of arginase and iNOS in mouse tissue by flow cytometry. I appreciate it, if anyone could tell the catalogs number or clone number of the antibodies which you validated.

How can I measure MMP-1 protein activity or protein level from liver tissue?
