For an accurate determination, if possible alone from pictures, you will need more detailed pictures, especially from the appendices of the abdomen and the veins of the wings.
I think it is the blue tailed Damselfly with blue upper surface of segment 8,9.
I could not confirm that it is Ischnura pumilio (See the attached link) because the blue color of seg. 8,9 is separated in your first photo. So , I think it is unidentified species.
You need another photo of dorsal view to identify the stripes of the thorax.
