Hallo, I agree with Sanitha Keshavan Sivadas about the pictures 1-2: Harpacticoid and the pictures 3-4: Isopoda. About the pictures 5-6 I think could be a part of an sea urchin or sea star, that is one tridactylus pedicellariae.
I agree numbers 1 and 2 are Harpacticoid copepods. Looking at the number 4 though it looks like a member of the Tanaidacea, although they are supposed to be a shallow water group, I did a google search for Tanaid and found the following reference.
"Distribution of the Tanaidacea: Synopsis of Known Data and Suggestions on Possible Distribution Patterns", by Jurgen Seig (1983). I t was in a book called "Crustacean Biogeography" edited by Robert H. Gore and Kenneth L. Heck. In Seig's chapter (page 165) he discusses the depth distribution of several families of Tanaids that apparently live to abyssal depths (starts on page 180). Good Luck Rahul!
