I am looking for clinical observed data contains polyQ repeat(CAG) and its age of onset of disease. SDMT scores not only depend on HD disease status and progression, but also depend on other factors such as education levels.
Please look at Figure 1a of the paper. Higher education levels are associated with better performance in SDMT. Another proof that lifestyle influences HD. Good education is neuroprotective - better than any drug we have so far.
