Abaqus is quite picky when it comes to right combination of Abaqus version and version of compiler/linker.
You can try to use the latest version of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2019 Edition. You can get it for free by your student ID (for an year at least).
This version works fine together with Abaqus 6.14-2. Let me know how did it go for you.

(and it’s normal that everyone has to go through this in the beginning to choose right combinations that works)

actually i have license key for parallel studio, already i tried with XE 2019 edition. stil the error occurs. i tried several versions too
I hope that you remove the existing versions before you start with the new trials.
