Could all capacities of Hydropower be Renewable and Sustainable and Green Energy?

Hydropower Plants may be distinguished due to their ratings as:

Pico Hydropower
Micro Hydropower
Mini Hydropower
Small Hydropower
Conventional Hydropower
Large Hydropower and
Pumped Storage Hydropower for storage

Regarding certain scenarios, the constructions of large dams causes the negative impacts, Environmental and Social.

In some scenarios, the big negative impacts are occurred in the decades, may be 20 or 30 or more years after the construction of large dams.

Therefore, some experts always mention the Miro Hydopower as Sustainable and never insert the dam types Hydropower Plants under the Renewable or Sustainable or Green Energy.
