Hello, I'm struggling to do a rtyhmic analysis of 24h activity of rats on Graphpad 8. After reading the guides, I've managed go get a sine wave, but I'm not sure how to fit it on the graph and witch equations to use to get an Amplitude, Mensor and Acrophase accurate to the Cosinor model.

Normalise your time data by dividing it by 24. Please ensure the division is done correctly. Create new variables by taking the cosine and sine of 2*π*normalized_time. It's critical to use the correct values here. Run a multiple linear regression with these new variables. Ensure that the regression is performed correctly. Use the regression coefficients to carefully calculate the amplitude (sqrt(B1^2 + B2^2)) and acrophase (arctan(B2/B1)).
