MY STUDY:

When did corrosion inhibitor evaluation, I calculated re IE% and surface coverage. I have done in different temperature, RT, 45, 60 and 90oC. Rate increae with increase Temp and decrease with conce.

Q.1 When I calculate IE% of different temp. The IE% is increase as I increase temp. It should decrease. What is reason and where I did mistake in calculation.

I used formula for CR (mmy) = W x 87.6 / DAT

IE% = (1- CRinb/CR blk) x 100

As CR increase as temp increase, IE% should decrease, but my IE% is increasing from 30 to 45 to 60 to 90 oC.

Q.2 When I calculate Enthalpy (delta H ads) at different temperature, These value of Enthalpy adsorption is decrease in -ve value at different temp, it suppose to increase in -ve value.

What is reason adn what mistake I have done in calculation .

I will be highly thankful to you, please reply my question if possible.
