Can you please elaborate where you want to change the picture and affiliation? Is it on Researchgate (RG), or in a publication with a particular journal, or a book?
This is important, because the way it needs to be done may be different for different scenarios.
If it is a publication and still in progress, you wait till the proofreading and you will be able to correct. it.
If it is already published then you need to contact the publisher for correction
On research gate, I think that happened by mistake, due to similar names.

You need to contact the editorial team. They have the option for the same. At times you need to give an undertaking and specify the reason for the same. If you need to just change it here at Researchgate, then you will have to submit the request in the edit section of the articl.
