Not all the images have the same brightness when taken from the microscope. How is everyone processing the images to make sure the images have the same standard?
Is there a guideline on taking images from microscope for semi quantification purpose? There are so many adjustment that can be made on the microscope that can affect the colouring of the result. And after exporting the images, the images can be adjusted again to contrast for the difference to see the staining.
