It´s known that CoO(OH) is a p-type semiconductor, seen as an alternative for TiO2. We have an intention to construct a solar cell, based on CoO(OH) and an organic dye.
What is the band gap of cobalt (III) oxyhydroxide in different modifications?

I initially wanted to undertake a study that can effectively harvest large fraction of solar energy and covert it to electricity but has differed in my current research. I did not know that CoO(OH) has such properties.
