Conversion of primary somatic embryos into secondary somatic embryos

Hi,

Can any body suggest ways to improve the conversion of primary somatic embryos derived from integument tissues in black pepper seeds into secondary embryos. I am facing difficulty in the formation of secondary embryos from primary embryos. The black pepper seeds are cultured in Schenk and Hildebrandt medium at 3 % sucrose concentration.
