I modeled a concrete short column 120x120x800mm using solid65 element. the crushing capability should be on i.e it's compressive strength 21MPa. I used MELA & modified hognested model , 5pts have been given. 

the model lose convergence at very low load 80KN. what should I do? I have also tried displacement controlled analysis it also lose convergence. 

suggestions please.
