If i am working on a column filled with adsorbent, in my batch study max adsorption capacity was achieved in 1 hr. In continous column how can i achieve that max adsorption capacity that was obtained after 1 hr, because in continous column contact time remain less.

This depends on the volume of the column, the flow, the height of the bed, etc.

I am not sure if I understand your concern, in column you will need to feed a solution with the equilibrium concentration you measured in your batch experiment until saturation.

You need to check the adsorbant dose and measure surface properties along with the equilibrium concentration and saturation time. By the way what is the adsorption Capacity of your adsorbant.

By running continuously you can not reach the maximum adsorption capacity and the required result in the treatment fluid in one column, this is because when the adsorbent of the column approaches saturation, its adsorption capacity Is approaching zero and consequently the fluid treated leaves the column almost same as it has entered.
In order to obtain a good saturation and a good quality of the treated fluid IN CONTINUOUS process you can use several columns in series, 3 for example, in this way when the first one is close to saturation it must be removed from operation, regenerates the adsorbent and places it downstream of the other 2 columns. The regenerated (or new) adsorbent gives you a good quality of the treated fluid.
In industrial installations the described operation is done by means of valves without moving the columns of their physical position.
You will have to do tests to achieve a balance between contact time and treated fluid quality, the better results the larger the columns, you have to reach a compromise between OPEX and CAPEX.

Time required for the formation of adsorbent zone, adsorption zone height, degree of saturation of the adsorbent bed, rate at which the adsorption zone moves through the bed and adsorption rate constant can be found out from your experimental data.
