I have obtained a series of unprocessed DLS data (I have the normalized correlation function), and would like to perform CONTIN analysis to obtain an estimation of a particle size distribution within the sample.
If there happens to be a free software package or another alternative available to do this it would be great to find out about it.

You could try SEDFIT (http://www.analyticalultracentrifugation.com/sedfit.htm).
If the data were taken with a Zetasizer you could easily export the file into SEDFIT format via a macro. Alternatively, there is a 30-day free trial for the Contin feature in the Malvern Zetasizer software.
If your data were obtained from another DLS system, it may be possible to convert or export to the Malvern '.dts' format or the SEDFIT format.
