Benign nodules can be big and cancers can be hopefully small, then the size treshold has not a robust basis in my opinion.
Likewise all the TIRADS systems are only B Mode based.
Advanced US technology can give highly detailed info on microvascular and stiffness features of the nodules. I believe that multiparametric US should be considered in all its performances.

I believe that your idea could really be very interesting as we are dealing with IA that could help us to remove at least part of the interobserver variability that usually impairs the study of flow and stiffness.

I agree in full with you.
But we have to reconsider many beliefs and approaches to 'old concepts' both in the vascularization of the nodules and in the stiffness meaning and interpretation.
In these regards I think that clips give a lot of insights more than snapshots.

I agree about your opinion.
Bmode USG is quite available and easy approach rather than microvascular and measuring stiffness. Protocol should meet the requirement of patient living behind the poverty. I think medicine should be cheap.
