Consequences of the Playstation Network data breach in 2011

I am looking for the possible consequences of biometric data breach, esp. face recognition features.

Considering the massive Playstation Network breach back in 2011, someone knows if:

1) Biometric data was leaked (eg the facial features from the playstation eye)?

2) What happened to the KRISTOPHER JOHNS vs SONY lawsuit? I found the complaint http://www.scribd.com/doc/54070618/JohnsvSony-Complaint-FINAL but have no idea on what happened next.
